Welcome to Patnet Business Institute!

This Agreement  sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of Patnet Business Institute’s  services (including website services and course content), By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority. A minor may only use our Platforms with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and in such event the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound to these Terms of Use.

1. No refund for the cancellation of a study course is payable after the course material has been delivered, be it  courier or digital download.
2. Patnet Business Institute provider courses are designed for the benefit of student as Online and Face to Face study courses to better their career opportunities and to provide knowledge and expertise required in business or the workplace.
3. The institute reserves the right to withhold further lectures, assessment results and the issuing of my course certificate should I fail to fulfill my financial obligations with the Institute.

Online Course requirements
1. You will need a current valid email account and access to a computer and the internet.
2. You should be familiar with using a computer and accessing the internet, as you may need to be able to read documents in Adobe PDF Reader.


  1. Your User Account will provide you with secure online access to manage your account with us. The creation of your User Account is subject to successfully  registration and initial payments .

         2. Only students who are registered for a Course may participate in that Course. You may not divulge your username or password to any other person. If you forget your username or password, we will re-issue a new password.
Online Programme Fees
– If you register for an Full Time course or Online short learning programme , you agree to pay the applicable Course Fee and any other amounts due.
– Should you fail to make an installment towards your Course Fees by the due date for payment we may suspend your participation in the programme and revoke access to the learning management system.

Cancellations and Refunds
– If a Student is not satisfied with the services delivered by Patnet Business Institute, the Student may request cancellation. A cancellation must be made known in writing. 
CANCELLATION: You agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by you, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. You shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have paid  while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to us.

  • Should a refund be determined and approved by our  Academic Department Office, Patnet Business Institute  will process the refund within 90 days of the decision.
